Great Product. Bad Delivery
The product was good.But the delivery service was the worst. When I received the package, the box and the product was completely broken with numerous dents.The look of the case was good. The lock functionality was good.I returned it because of the worst condition when it was delivered.

Good but damaged product
Product is good, but in a damaged condition. Body of the bag got deformed (permanent deform). I want to carry it for my international trip starting 23rd Jul and received this damage piece. Now I have to look for replacement. Request Amazon to make a replacement by 21st Jul so I can use it.

Cons:The body is rather pliable (per the price range).Seems to have the same level of strength as that of a decent plastic bucket. I would not use the word "hard" to describe this trolley.Pros:Light weight. Color is as displayed(Blue). Smooth wheels. Large interior.Bought this for 2.9k.Product performs per price point.
