I use this for 3-8 hours as often as possible. My waist is slimming after a few weeks. I'm 5'3 at 135lbs, and a size medium is great. It's not a substitute for abdominal exercises. We must still strengthen the core.

I purchased this waistband because over the winter, I develop some handlebars. I wanted something to begin to shape me, rather reshape me, while I ward under my clothing. It has enough elasticity, and overtime, it is quite comfortable. I thought it would be difficult with all those Clasps, But it doesn’t take a long time to connect them. I’m very satisfied with this part. It does not roll up on your body.

It was fine, but the part where it criss crosses has a thin mesh and that part bulges out so it defeats the purpose of the whole thing because the bulges are visible through clothing.
