Despite repeated complaints, the only action taken so far has been a video call inspection. Unfortunately, no ground support visit has been arranged to physically assess the issue.The chair in question is tilted towards one side, making it uncomfortable and unsafe for use. I fail to understand how a three-dimensional structural defect can be accurately diagnosed and resolved via a two-dimensional video call. In my opinion, such an assessment is inadequate and does not meet reasonable standards of customer care, especially when the product is under warranty.As a result of this defect, I have been unable to use the chair, and it has unfortunately caused me significant back pain. This is a serious concern affecting my health and daily functioning.I have been informed that your company does not have a policy for on-ground support in such cases.
