helps some but wish it had stronger effect

My dentist recommended I take a sulfur containing amino acid as taurine is for mercury detoxing. This Twin lab product is the only taurine supplement I have run across that muscle tests strong for me. I have not been taking it long enough to know how effective it is but the fact it muscle tests strong for me is an indication it is doing some good.

I've been taking a Taurine supplement for a few weeks now it's been great for me. I don't get jittery or feel any negative effect from it at all. The product is exactly as described and well worth purchasing! I'd like to say also that the seller was very efficient I got my order well before I was supposed to I was very impressed!!

Did nothing for me.

WOW, it does so much. I can't believe the difference in my energy levels using this product. It does not make me jittery at all and it seems to have improved my cardio during my runs! This will remain a daily supplement for me!
