This product is pretty good. It was easy to mold with clear instructions. However, it's a little easier to bite through than I'd like. I'm using as a placeholder while my dentist makes me a new mouth guard. I was hoping this could replace my professional custom mouth guard, but it's not quite sturdy enough. However, it'll be great for traveling so I don't lose an expensive custom mouth guard again.

Got these as a temporary replacement until I could get a custom mouthguard. They are ok for a short period of use, very bulky though and it took me a few times to get the mould right.
