I like this notebook. There is a little pocket in the front and a magnet clasp that you could hook the pen on. The pen writes well. The notepad in the notebook has thin pages so the pen does show through. I like that the notepad is removable so you can put in one that suits your needs. The material feels durable and is easy to tell it is faux leather by touch. The size is nice as it won't take up much room in a large purse or bag.

Perfect for gift

I love notebooks, and wanted one that might look a bit fancier that I could place inserts in. This one I am probably going to abandon due to the page quality upon arrival and honestly the quality of the notebook's cover. It looks like leather, but its feels like a cheap mesh material. The clasp usually doesn't stay on tight and there isn't a great place to put a pen.
