I purchased this for my daughter's first birthday. When I checked the packages, I realized I was missing the number 1 from one of the sets. I contacted them via email and they responded very quickly. Etremely polite and excellent customer service. They shipped the replacement 1 and also included 2 new products for me to try as an apology. I received a cake topper, which was too cute and also a rose gold backdrop. I would definitely recommemd their products. I received so many compliments and the balloon sets definitely added that extra touch I was looking for. Overall a very good product and I definitely look forward to using them again for future parties.

I would add some ribbon to the package. but otherwise for the money it was great!!! only one balloon did not inflate and with a house full of kids under 4 I was unsure if they hadn’t gotten to it before I was able to fully inflate it. Great bang for my buck, I would definitely buy it agin.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality and how much you get for so little $. I was half expecting the balloons to be thin and poor quality and half of them not make it but we only had one pop prematurely during inflation and we got a lot of compliments on the set. It really helped make our house look festive for my daughter's birthday!

We were happy with the balloons. They were pretty. The only downside are the balloons with the confetti. They popped very easily. We didnt put too much air in them, as the we noticed the first one immediately popped. I'm assuming it's because of the confetti, but the do not float too high with helium. We ended up just having a bunch of confetti on the floor, once all the balloons popped half way through the party. The kids were ok with that lol

The few confetti balloons that floated at all stopped within a hour. And wasn't able to use the happy birthday part since both "A"s kept half deflating. They were pretty but most didn't last long.

I love this set it came with more than enough to decorate with but the only negative remark I would say it that the happy birthday is air and you have to blow it up ur self I used a pen cap to make an opening to do that but if I hadn’t thought of that idk what we would have done

Ordered these to use for a 1st birthday party and they were perfect! Had them filled with helium with the exception of the letters in Happy Birthday (used an air pump for those) and they turned out great. Directions were clear and there were plenty of balloons in this package. Would definitely buy again.

The quality was not in these balloons. The directions for the balloons were pretty easy to follow. So the ones you could put helium in, we did, they only floated a little, I also purchased cheap balloon from another store that floated to the ceiling. So these balloons were the problem. They were really nice, but a bomb.
