Best breastroke fins. Period.
I own two pairs of these fins which I keep at separate pools I practice at. They are a regular part of my training, which includes a lot of breaststroke. They are very well made, fit true and leave no visible marks on your feet, even after many yards of kick. Make sure you warm up sufficiently before you use them as they will add a bit of additional torque to your kick. These fins will help increase the power of your breaststroke kick in addition to reinforcing the correct technique for limiting drag in your breaststroke kick. I highly recommend these fins. As far as breaststroke goes, nothing else comes close.

Game changer
I have used these fins for every swim since I received them, that is 5-6 times a week, both in pools and open water. I get a much better work out when I use them and concentrate on my kick. After I adjusted to the pressure points I had no issues. Long story short I love them.

material stretches in water, so size accordingly
Wonderful invention. Wish I knew it existed earlier, I could have improved my breaststroke kick years earlier.one piece of advice: careful in sizing them.I have wide feet, and usually wear 8.5Wide women's shoes. The Medium fin fit the width of my feet perfectly, but is a bit longer than I need. Although they fit perfectly when dry, the material stretches in water. And as I swim, they lose their snug-ness in the length category, though they remained on my feet due to the snugness in width factor. I am aware of the decreased snug-ness while swimming, which is mildly distracting. I now wish I had ordered a small, as they stretch in water.

Fantastic fins for correcting technique
I love them for what they do. If you focus on turning your feet out and pushing with your ankles, you will improve (and it's fun to finally see the bottom pool tiles move during breaststroke - BR).*****This said, there are a couple of important caveats, IMHO. If you know what the proper BR kick is and are at least 50% good at it, these fins are a great tool for practice - if you can manage to fit one more toy in your swim bag. But if you do not know in your head how you should kick, these fins will not magically teach your the proper technique. (Practice first lying on your back at the edge of a table or bed and look at your kick).Second, do not use these fins to build BR relevant muscles. All you will achieve is hurting your knees. They do place a not negligeable stress on the knees and ankles. Go do weights at the gym for that. Alternate between laps with and without and don't overuse them.Great fins and I would recommend them to a fellow swimmer. Just don't think of it as a magic bullet.P.S. I wear women size 12 and size L fits well.

Interesting alternative swim fin
I use a split-zip fin for freestyle and dolphin kick swimming...but...needed a fin for breaststroke, my natural stroke. These are incredible!!! Very tight fitting, though sizing seemed appropriate for me. I wear a women's size 10 and the medium fin fit fine..however..put them on in the water. Wet them first and then slip your wet foot in, otherwise, they might split. I would have preferred an adjustable band around the ankle, but if you put on this way, they go on easily enough and are snug. I have used them for hundreds of miles of swimming this summer in both a pool and a lake. I am very satisfied.

Disappointing
Well made. Not sure the small amount of propulsion they add to kick is worth the investment.Love my FINIS Zoomers a lot more.I swim 4-5x/ week.

Wrong size.....
If you advertise a certain product ie the GREEN swim fins that are size small, why would you send me BLACK fins that are XL?

I bought these as a fun little toy to play with
I bought these as a fun little toy to play with, but wow! These fins work parts of the thighs that often get missed in regular workouts, and my breaststroke kick has gotten a lot stronger. If you already have an good breaststroke kick, you won't get much use out of these fins, but they're awesome if, like me, your kick needs serious work.
