This was the perfect size for me to use, and didnt slip out my hand. The blades are sharp in order to cut the bread, and so easy to use. It's made of plastic but not cheaply. It worked for me and easy so I also liked that I got replacement blades as well.

This little lame makes great precise cuts. It’s small and easy to grip! The blades are super simple to change the performance is impressive and easy to handle! You can’t go wrong with this lame

i like that this bread lame is retractable and compact. i’m only giving it three stars because it says it’s magnetic but it isn’t strong enough to stick to my fridge, it slides down, and the blade is difficult to switch out.

Well made product. Just the right size. Easy to hold onto as you use it. I'm impressed with how great of a gadget this is for cutting. Works just like I need it to. First time having one and not disappointed at all.Made with good material and easy to hold as you work with it. Already told my daughter about it.

I have started my sourdough baking journey recently and have been baking lots of sourdough bread! The kitchen knife just doesn't work as well when I'm trying to score so I decided it was time to buy a bread lame. I love the color purple I got! It's very easy to use and sharp enough to score the cuts that I need. Easy to clean and the blade stays in well. I would definitely say this was well worth the money and it even comes with extra spare blades.

It’s my first lame so I have nothing to compare against but the method I used prior to this purchase. It’s handy & easy to store and does the job. With a click, the retractable blade can remain out (so you don’t have to keep trying to push it open) and also nests back into the handle so no accidents when rummaging around for this gadget.

Easy to setup! Already comes with a blade installed. The size of it makes it easy to cut through the dough making fine lines and designs! Really enjoying it!

It is very cheaply made. The blade needs to come out farther to make an even cut, and it is tough to change the blades. I would not repurchase it.
