Worst product with bad after sales service, not recommended at all
Worst product. Very poor after sales service. They are overcharging the spare parts and the visit charges. Demanding 2000/- visit charges, 1200/- for one small bolt and 3000/- for peddle. 6000/- for 18500/- product and Manager is so scared of talking with the customers. Worst brand, not recommended at all.

Good value for money product
Installation takes time but can be done in-house with the help of instructions manual. Elliptical is smooth and silent. Comes with a heavy 5 kg flywheel. More convenient to operate in standing position. Bluetooth connectivity needs improvement as bluetooth needs to be connected each time after starting ride. Also, Flexnest should provide atleast 1 month free membership for experiencing the virtual sessions.

It is a very versatile product .It provides whole body exercise either by standing or sitting at same time which encourages us to do more .It has adjustments according to ur comfort .It is a must try product for weight loss especially.
