Bought this for my partner who has occasional back pain. It fit well, a bit fiddly at first but once sorted and tightened, he said it was brilliant and helped the pain and his posture, a great support to his back. Easy to adjust. Velcro could be stronger as slipped now and again but all in all, a very good product!

It actually works I was so skeptical but my physio recommended one to help my posture you can actually feel it adjusting and pulling your shoulders back once it's on. Would definitely recommend this one is a good fit,value for money,comfortable to wear,easy to adjust aswell as giving pain relief

I recommend that you order it! it really helps with having the right posture.It’s adjustable and functional i wore it all day at university today! Not much pain but at first its not comfortable but thats because your body hasn’t gotten used to it yet.

Once found way of putting on it was too short for body , shoulder to waist . Therefore uncomfortable to wear..

I originally purchased a (M) Medium, as when I purchase any upper body clothing this is my size, however when I attempted to put this on it was extremely tight and the straps kept coming loose. I then purchased the (XL) and it does fir more comfortably. The images on the product page are for a much higher standard of product, both in material, thickness and utility with the routing of straps, this is not what you will receive, if the pictures on the amazon page were setting a bar of 10, the item you actually receive is a 4, and both sizes I received on different days was the same item shipped, just in different sizes, an element of false advertising perhaps, but for the price it does what it says on the tin, it forces your back into a better posture if you can get the right size. I’m 5’11”, 12st, and a 30” waist, for anyone else of that or similar build, you will want to get the (XL) Extra Large, regardless of what you normally buy for clothing.
