Still testing but it doesn't work as described
it doesn't turn off between 20 - 200 seconds, it takes about 17 to 25 minutes to turn off in "o" mode I'm not sure if it's because of your system or if it's because of the low power safety of the camera/car, I just hope I didn't run out battery in my car because of this, and in addition to stopping supplying power and returning a few seconds/minutes later. I'm still testing.

Not a USB C. Ancient MINI B. Beware
This is some ancient MINI B, not a modern USB C. Beware.

Does not turn off when ignition off.
Manual states - mode stays on for surveilance mode until battery voltage drops, and 0 mode turns off after 200 seconds. This thing stayed on for hours until I unplugged it.

Clean/Hidden Installation.
The OBD Power Cable for Dash Camera (ASIN B0CZ6ZJ9WK) from CERRXIAN came complete with pry tool and informational pamphlet.I wanted something that would allow me to power my dash camera invisibly, and without taking up a 12V accessory port that a charger could be using. This does all that with ease. Just pop it into your ODB port, route the cable to your camera and you're done. Keep in mind there are two settings, make sure you understand the difference between both; one will allow continuous power to be draw from your battery, the other, only while the vehicle is in (ACC or running). I should also point out that the connector on the end of this is mini-USB, so be sure to confirm your camera's needs. Also noteworthy, the ad calls out some vehicle makes that are not compatible, be sure to check it out.I hope you found this review enlightening and/or helpful to your decision making.

Works well with my dashcam
This ODB dashcam power supply is just what I was looking for. It's nice that I don't need to worry about a hardwire kit anymore. It would have been great if a USB C adapter was included for newer dash cams too, but you can always grab one yourself. Just be aware of the clearance between the adapter+cable jutting out and possibly being blocked by your windshield if you do this.Another thing to be aware of is that this might put some extra wear and tear on your ODB port is wasn't designed for, and that it is a critical tool for diagnosing problems. You should also consider that some dashcams rely on sensing voltage through hardwire kits to save power properly, and these functions may not work if powered via the ODB port instead.
