Mill Wax Pinball Machine Playfield Cleaner and Polish

Best wax out there for playfields!!

It worked as it said it would. I used it on my 'Sorcerer' pinball machine which is almost 30 years old now and it made a huge difference in how it looks. I had friends over for the Super Bowl and received a lot of compliments.

Great stuff. Cleans very well and then Wax wipes off to a slippy as can be finish. It Does contain kerosene, so I'm not sure how good that is for the clear coat yet.... but it's good on a game that's never been cleaned. I just use carnauba car wax after mill wax wears off - but I continue to use Mill Wax on chrome ramps and legs as it cleans those extremely well too.

bought this based on a recommendation from a pinball operator. He said it was the best at getting mylared playfields shiny again.Well. I've only done one game with this and it didn't have a full mylar; so not a true test. But, I will say it shined up a well played and beat up early solid state game!It is a cleaner wax; which has silicone in it. They say once a playfield has been cleaned with this, it's near impossible to remove if you ever want to touchup and clear coat. I've touched up and cleared many early solid state games that likely had this product used on them at one time or another; so I don't think it matters much; that's what naphtha is for...Note: The viscosity is kinda low on this, so use sparingly

As a brand new pinball machine owner, I was confused as to what to do in terms of cleaning and keeping the machine up. After looking at several boards I came across this apparently iconic mill wax. The stuff worked so well, and made the cleaning process not as terrible as I had feared that it may be. It also took an otherwise "plywood feeling" playfield and made it feel less what it is and more how it looks: a well waxed coated field. It now rolls like the playfield is hard plastic instead of plywood.

Thus really sped up my old pinball machine and helped where the ball was getting stuck.

It seems to work great on wood... unfortunately we found out that parts of our playing field were previously sealed and this, along with other products, does nothing to those sections.

I got to use on some old pins I was going to sell. Was told by the buyer he would not have bought if I used as thisbleaves scales. So fine for personal use
