I liked the idea of liposomal nattokinase plus Serrapeptase. In addition, the serving of 2 pills is supposed to provide 12,000 FU of nattokinase which was my target daily consumption; however, I am very skeptical that each pill has 6,000 FU of nattokinase as the pills are the same size as other sellers product that only contain 2,000 FU of nattokinase. In addition, there is no third party testing of the potency. Buyer beware as the potency may not be what is advertized!

Full dose with 2 caps as opposed to the 4 I had previously. Well tolerated no issues

So far I have had no side effects and I am hoping it will help improved my cardiovascular health although I have not had any subsequent tests after starting this supplement. I will update the review once I do. This is the second time I have ordered a 2x pack, all good seals, all pills in good condition. Both sets produced in 2025 and expire in 2028, which is great for freshness. However, there is a slight color difference between the capsules in separate bottles which I tried to capture in a photo.
