Relief Pak Reuseable Cold Packs and Covers 11" x 14" (Standard Size - Black) AD

This product is working very well for my daughter, who had hip surgery. We ordered two, but one was defective. However, the manufacturer immediately sent us another one, and it is working out very well. They hold the cold very well so they are very good for icing injuries.

They stay cold for longer than my body can take it. Soft, flexible, and very well made.

I paid 20.00 delivered for this product. the black is suppose to be heavier duty than the blue, so I thought I'd try these since I have had several of the blue ones split at the seams. Not too bad a price for what it is, seams a bit light weight. weighs in at just a fifth of and ounce under 3 lbs. I have another one (Cold Pac)slightly larger (12.5x18.5) that weighs in at 6lbs 2.6oz for 30.00 delivered. so this one is light weight and portable.... it does not stay cold near as long. of course it will cool down quicker being thinnerbottom line is the larger "Cold Pac" is a better deal more "ice" per buck and more cooling. next time I'm going to see if cold pace has a smaller pac ( might be a better comparison)

I have been using this ice pack for several years. I have three in all and love them. My husband and I both use them. You don’t have to worry about it getting punctures because of the vinyl cover. We actually have two more at my son’s house who lives 600 miles fromus. We usually fly to see him and can’t carry them with us, so I ordered two to leave in their freezer for when we visit. Just don’t leave them out of the freezer too long after you begin using them. I bought my brother in law one and he didn’t use it. He left it out of the freezer for several months. He gave it back to us but it’s pretty hard.

I had a hip replacement, bought this product to help keep the swelling down. I returned the product because the seal broke after its initial use. Very weak structure, very weak bond. I would not recommend this product.
