I have this by my back door (where the dogs go in and out) and I really appreciate that the backing is non-slip, especially when the dogs come charging in for mealtime. The dark color (I got black) is a vacuuming challenge but it's acceptable given the mat seems to be durable and well finished.

It's camping season and that means we have plans to travel around the country in our camper. Floor space is limited, but we like to have rugs in the main compartment of our vehicle. Our elderly dog spends most of her time up on the convertible dining table/bed. Since her back legs have weakened as she has aged, it is necessary to have a sturdy non-slip rug to jump from, so her legs do not slip out from behind her. Dog lovers that we are, we saw this FONEYI Door Mat and thought it would be a fun and functional addition to our camper.Choose from a nice variety sizes (5 options). We are limited in space in our camper once the slid is retracted, so we were thrilled to be able to find a rug that fits our needs. The rug fit perfectly (32" x 48"). We spread it out and it gripped the floor extremely well. The underside of the mat is made of TPR, which stands for thermoplastic rubber. This material is often used on bathmats and rugs to keep them from slipping. The synthetic material is known for its strength and durability. No need to worry about it cracking or crumbling with age, as TPR will not deteriorate. It is recyclable, though. The material on the top side of the rug is made of microfiber. It is quite thick and soft to the touch. It appears that the rug pile is densely packed which creates a plush look and feel. The two large paw prints on the mat is the perfect design for any animal lover. We inspected the seams, and they are stitched well and neatly. There were no stray threads or fibers, unlike other rugs we have ordered in the past. The edges of the rug are bound which adds an extra layer of reinforcement.Since receiving the rug, we have only gone out on one trip, but we were very happy with its performance. The mat absorbed water well and trapped the dirt and sand we brought in on our shoes (and paws). It did not bunch up or slip at all during our trip. The non-slip material worked like a charm and our aged dog had no problem jumping from the floor to the bed.This FONEYI Rug will work great in your mud room, laundry room or at your backdoor. We recommend it for camper use as well. Choose from three colors, black, brown or dark gray. Machine wash separately on cold, tumble dry at a low setting.

This is a nice area rug. We put it in a heavy traffic area on a hardwood floor and it doesn't move or slip at all. The gray area really shows our terrier's white hairs, but, pretty much everything does, anyway. It's heavy enough that you can vacuum it without it lifting. We are flummoxed by the product page's picture of rolling it up and throwing it in the clothes washer. We have the 3' x 5' rug and there is no way it's going in our washer, even though we have a large front-loader. But, that's OK, because we take all of our area rugs outside and hit them with the power-washer. We just washed it that way for the second time and are still surprised how soft it is. The cats love to lie on it, but maybe that's because they are in the way there. It's definitely more utility than fancy, but it's great for a house with animals.

This is a wonderfully sturdy, non slip rug. I have two huge Newfoundland dogs that come running in from the beach and forest, dripping wet and full of sand, gravel and forest debris. This rug catches a lot of it (I'll be ordering more and larger ones) and does not slip under their big boisterous bodies. It's well made and has been washed several times as well as vacuumed and has had no tears, fraying or even loose threads. It's holding up well to our rough way of life! It is so soft, too! Very nice looking as well. I would highly recommend this rug and will be getting more myself. Great product!

I got this door mat to help keep the carpet clean by the back door and I'm so happy I did. It has a great non slip back. It is well made and so soft. It really does an excellent job of absorbing water off wet paws and feet. I have had significantly less dirt tracked in on the carpet since getting this mat. It is easy to vacuum and clean. The size is perfect for my back door. I really love how cute it is. Works well and looks great all for a good price. I highly recommend.

The rug is nice but smaller than the picture.

We were in desperate need for a rug or mat for our backdoor to protect our wood floors from the outside foot traffic. Not just foot traffic but doggie foot tracks as well, especially after rain. I came across this large 36x59 mat and knew it would be perfect for our back door entry. Out of the box it was ready to be put out no wrinkles and no weird smell which is two big positives for me. Another perk is the non slip material on the back of this rug, once placed it will not moved unless you physically pick it up and move. It's also super easy to clean as I just usually throw it in the wash and call it a day. But it does vacuum well as well in between washing. For how large and the quality of this rug, the price point is below what I could get from a nearby store as those rugs go for double! Definitely recommended!
