Good item, sturdy. It's not necessarily a knife, since it has no edges, it's more like a brass knuckle with a different shape.Hope I never have to use it's but the material feels good and heavy.

This is a sturdy, well built product. Like I said, I hope my daughter and I never need it, but if we do, I think it will work well. I’m pretty impressed. Definitely hold it, practice with it, get comfortable, plan what you would do if you needed it and keep it handy at all times. Our personal safety is ours to control as best we can and having a solid plan in place is crucial. I also purchased the Saber brand pepper sprays (an excellent brand) and a couple of stunning devices that had good reviews just to keep in the cars, house, purse, etc. My oldest daughter has been assaulted a couple of times since she moved away and so I’ve become hyper aware of personal safety. Not pretty but solid and very functional plus cost effective.

My first thought is questioning the legality of this in certain states, but given how it's put together might skirt around the laws a bit. Basically, it's a brass knuckle or "cat" knuckle, with an added poker on the side. This is for both men and women, and I think would make a great personal self-defense weapon. It's enough to do some damage to give you the time to get away from an attacker.

I bought this because I’m often walking alone at night to and from my vehicle. As an attack survivor this makes me feel very confident in my ability to defend myself. I will be buying them for my girlfriends as well. It’s sturdy, not too bulky for smaller handed individuals, very sharp, and comfortable to hold. Buy this for your daughters.
