I bought these crimps to help me replace the quick connects on Epiphone 5 wire pickups. These worked pretty well using the second notch on the jaws. I did have to slightly bend the larger side of the connector socket that crimps to the rubber side of the wire to get it started in the jaws.

It’s pretty cheap and is really only for 16 guage and under.

Good ratcheting crimpers, but hard to know what they fit. I was searching for the MX150 connectors for Molex. These were suggested and were within the size range of the wire I was using (and not $650!!). They didn't work, now I have some crimpers I'll never use.
