Great Product
I was looking for something to make a homemade Ramen seasoing in place of the packets that come with the noodles. This tastes incredible. It has a salty, umami flavor. I plan to use it for soup bases, rice and noodle dishes, etc...

the use on everything spice
Aside from the unfortunate use of culturally appropriate swastikas, this stuff is crucial to have in your kitchen. It brings a burst of umami to whatever you cook. If you want a hit of mushroom in a dish but don't have them use this. You want your roasted mushrooms to "pop" season them with this instead of salt. It goes in just about anything I cook and is a great value as a bag seems to last forever even with my level of use.

Great for mushroom soup, other soups, stews, and steak/chop.chicken sauce and gravy. Pure mushroom powder, no additives. The big package will last a long time

This is delicious product to add any of my dish.It adds so much umami taste but I still can’t believe how they make this without MSG?!You only need a little, so it worths the money!
