I ordered this to try to help with my jawline "jowls" situation I seem to have picked up recently. It is a soft light weight material that didn't irritate my sensitive skin. I did find that it irritated the bottom of my ears. It does have a good range for different peoples size differences in jaw to ear ratio. But for me who has a smaller face, I found that if the ear holes were even a little longer in the strap, I could wear it with out irritation to the bottom area of my ears. I think I want to just cut it a little at the bottom of the ear hole and see if that helps me. Overall seems like a good product.

I use this nightly, it does help with double chin and more, such as reducing wrinkles on the cheeks, Velcro gives you an adjustable fit the Velcro has just enough stickness to stay untill I take it off. I have found it to be comfortably, it also helps to prevent snoring. Helps to maintain moisture on your cheeks, jawline and neck making it great value.

I was hoping this would help my TMJ. But it didn’t. I also thought it would help my sagging turkey neck, but it didn’t. When I put it on, it actually gave me a little wrinkle under my eye after a couple of days of wearing. So I stopped at immediately. It’s also a little uncomfortable around the ears. Not for me maybe for somebody with a very small head.

I’m not sure this really made any difference. I tried to sleep with it on, but it came off in the night. Quite uncomfortable. Ear spots are in a good spot and it appears to be good quality. Mixed feelings about this one!

I breathe through my mouth at night, and wake up with a very dry mouth. These stop that from happening. It took a few nights for me to figure out that I was wearing it too tight because my lower jaw was hurting. I loosened it, and it still keeps my mouth closed, but no more jaw pain. They wash well if you wash them with the velcro together, and hang dry. I ordered another one so I didn't have to be without one while one was in the wash.
