Such an amazing sign, very vibrant!! I am hoping the seller will reach out as I do not see how to contact them and I spent extra for the remote so that it could be dimmed and turned on and off since it will be plugged behind a bed and we have tried new batteries and it does not work :( Definitely 5 stars if my remote worked!**UPDATE**I figured out a way to contact the seller and they responded in a timely manner and sent me a new remote - I would definitely recommend buying from this business and my son loves his new sign!

Doesn’t fully function.
I want to start out by saying that the light is gorgeous and I feel bad for having to leave a bad review in the first place. I bought this as a Christmas present for my niece and had it sent straight there. My brother plugged it in straight out of the box and it did not fully light up. The shipping box was fully intact so it did not get damaged in transit. It’s hard to believe the creator wouldn’t have plugged the sign in to test out the quality before shipping. I’d rather the sign be late than receive a sign that doesn’t fully function! Slack on the business owner in my opinion and it’s a shame because they make cute signs.
