Pelikan Twist Fountain Pen, Medium Nib, Orange/Light Blue, Box of 3 Pens (672899)

I wanted a Pelikan brand fountain pen a lot because they are one of the most respected brands, and this one is probably the only low-cost model you can get so I went with it until I have more funds. The colors are phenomenal and really an attractive pairing of my two favorite colors, so of course I love it's look &I can definitely say I also love it's feel with it's comfortable finger grip. It's twist design is original & unique, with no other fountain pen in my collection coming close to it's shape at all, making it a new highlight amongst my other pens. It's also an excellent writer as I anticipated, a smooth glide while writing that makes Pelikan a favorite. I can definitely see the Brand's appeal now and I'm happy that Amazon provide me with a great price! I recommend this item for anyone, even beginners as it's practical, affordable and stylish. No negatives can be found - the only thing I'll say is the ink capsules includes were too small & were empty in no time, so you definitely want to pick up some ink with your purchase of you don't have any and buy an ink converter if you want because it doesn't come with one. It came in a blister pack, sealed and obviously brand new!

I'm a great fan of Pelikan pens and have several Souverans. I decided it was time to try to interest my grandsons in the art of writing and I got this pen to try it out before buying two for them. Well, I simply love it for myself. This is an aabsolutely marvelous cheap pen. It writes incredibly smoothly, takes standard cartridges, and can also be filled with a converter. Even my husband loves it, and he never uses fountain pens. I've ordered three more, with one promised to DH.It won't replace my beloved M600 white tortoiseshell, but it is a great little pen that I can carry around and not be afraid of losing.

Great pen to carry anywhere, and great pen for kids as well. Would have given 5 stars but I did not receive the colors it said- I received all navy blue- a bit boring compared to the various color combinations Twists come in.

I like this pen and it feels fine in your hand, but I expected the pen grip to be a soft plastic. The cover doesn't easily fit on the top of the pen during use, which is a bit annoying. The ink flows well and the nib is nice and smooth. Moreover, it's really cute and a bit clunky but still light weight.

Love these pens, I homeschool and the pens have made the move to cursive writing a dream, the grip helps the student to hold the pen in the correct position. However the eradicator is useless, it dissolves the paper around it, I will buy these pens again however without the eradicator next time $10.00 cheaper too!

I've gotten the Twist for both my children—writing with a fountain pen has improved both of their handwriting significantly. And, as importantly, they enjoy using the pens. It makes them feel grown up.Also it is very easy to refill the plastic cartridges with a syringe. I do not know if the Twist will work with Pelikan converters—that would be nice to know.

I've used fountain pens all my life and now my daughter is learning to write with one using this Pelikan fountain pen. It's a great product, very comfortable to hold and write with. Great price too! I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bei diesem Füllfederhalter stimmt. Meine Zweitklässlerin benutzt ihn als Zweitfüller für zuhause, um nicht immer ihre ganze Federtasche auspacken zu müssen, wenn sie mal was zwischendurch übt. In der Schule hat sie einen anderen (den Scribolino von Faber-Castell). Ihr macht es keine Probleme von einem zum anderen zu wechseln, also sind sie wohl beide ähnlich gut. Der Pelikan Twist ist aber deutlich günstiger und weniger klobig (dafür aber auch nicht ganz so cool ;-) ). Einziges Manko: die Kappe sitzt sehr fest. Einerseits gut, denn nichts läuft aus, andererseits für mein Kind nur mit viel Kraftaufwand zu öffnen, wodurch das Risiko was rumzuspritzen dann doch wieder steigt.Alles in allem sind wir aber recht zufrieden.Ach ja, noch zu den Eckdaten: Der Füller ist komplett aus Plastik (bis auf die Schreibfeder natürlich), ohne irgendwelche Gummierungen. Er liegt durch die gedrehte Form trotzdem gut in der Hand (Rechtshänder). An Patronen hat bisher alles reingepasst: kleine noname-Patronen, große/doppelte Lamy-Patronen, große noname-Patronen, ...

Meine Tochter kommt dieses Jahr in die Schule und nervt tagtäglich mit dem Schreiben und Rechnen. Ich habe diesen Pelikan zum Vorabüben mit einem 'Schwungheft' gekauft. Wir spielen jetzt täglich Schule, der Unterricht wird mit einem Gong einer Klangschale eingeleitet :) :) :)Sie hat damit super schnell das Schreiben erlernt, da die dreieckige Form ergonomisch gut in der Hand liegt. Und sie genau weiß, wie sie den Füllfederhalter halten soll, was bei anderen Modellen leider nicht der Fall ist. Diese gingen daher zurück.Die Feder tut seinen Dienst und kratzt nicht - Pelikan eben. So kenne ich es auch aus meiner Kindheit.Fazit: Die etwas 'klobig' anmutende Form ist ergonomisch perfekt für die unsicheren Vorschüler- oder Schulanfängerhände geschaffen!Von mir klar 5 Daumen, klare Kaufempfehlung! Ich habe noch einen zweiten geordert...Hier macht Schreiben Spaß!Ach ja, kein Sponsoring, sondern eine praktisch erprobte Kundenmeinung von Tochter & Mutter!Epilog:Gibt es jetzt auch bei Kaufland, hier geringfügig preiswerter.

Für mich Privat sehr gut für Schüler ungeeignet. Weil die Breite des Füller Striches zu breit ist und beim schnellen schreiben hat er Aussetzer. Wie geschrieben für mich für Statistiken ok, für Schüler beim Diktat ungeeignet.

La penna è molto spartana, ma robusta (anche il pennino), va bene come prima penna per un/a bambino/a delle elementari.L'impugnatura "ergonomica" inizialmente aiuta il bambino ad imparare a impugnarla correttamente (i bambini di oggi non vedono quasi più nessuno scrivere con la stilografica perciò all'inizio non hanno idea di come si usi). Alla lunga però, se si scrive molto, l'impugnatura diventa un po' scomoda.Nel complesso il giudizio è assolutamente positivo.Per i bambini usare la stilografica è sempre una bella esperienza.

Ich habe den Füller für meinen Sohn gekauft, welcher Linkshänder ist. Ich hatte schon viele verschiedene Linkshänderfüller gekauft war aber mit keinem zufrieden, da sie oft nach kurzer Zeit ausliefen oder beim schreiben kratzen. Nicht so bei diesem. Der Füller liegt sehr gut in der Hand Kratzt nicht beim Schreiben und Läuft auch nicht aus. Würde ihn immer wieder kaufen. (auch ich als Rechtshänder kann damit mal schnell was gegenzeichnen und muss nicht immer einen Extra Stift holen wenn mein Sohn eine Unterschrift braucht)
