Some times if the tape is not cut correctly the it bunches up.
It is durable and works well.

Excellent tape dispenser!
I’ve been using this to pack up some boxes when I sell a few products online and it is definitely well worth the money. I’m so happy with it to take comes off very nice and you can adjust it as well. It took me a while to figure out how to set it up, but once I did, and after I practiced a few times, I’m really getting the hang of it and I love the way the cake comes out of the dispensary.

Tape is too Thin
This is really frustrating the tapes are getting so thin you can barely find the beginning of it even though it is marked. I spent at least 7 minutes trying to find it and I have so much to do. I am moving and these kinds of irritations seem horrendously frustrating at a time like this.

Worked after I finally figured out there is a cover over the blade that I had to remove before I could use it!

I bought 2 tape dispensers and this one was awful. Tape kept getting stuck, wouldn’t cut and would lose alignment and be wonky.
