Excellent intra-workout drink.Contains electrolytes to replace minerals we lose through sweating, Branch chain amino acids, glutamine, citrulline & vitamin B6.Good ratio of sodium & potassium minerals.Good Quantity and ratio of branch chain amino acids to speed muscle synthesis.Glutamine to aid in recovery.Citrulline malate to help with the pump.The minerals are bound to Citrate molecule which has better absorption than cheaper oxide bound minerals.No sugars in this intra workout. So good for people controlling sugar levels (ketogenic diet)32 servings per tub with a full scoop serving. Like the taste and I mix this in a 1 and half bottle of water ready for my working daySeems to help me get through nicely as I don't drink coffee much just in a day and my jobs quite physical

After using another BCAA supplement that is no longer available, I found this one.Turns out it is better than my go to one.I got the Fruit Burst flavour and it's really nice.Amino Acid levels are good, better than my other one, plus it has added vitamin and minerals that my other one didn't include.1 scoop with 500ml water in a shaker bottle, dissolves pretty well, but I use it whilst training so am constantly shaking it anyway.Can't comment on its effectiveness as I've only started using it.Overall very pleased with it and will continue to get this one for the foreseeable future.

Mixes nicely, proper fresh watermelon flavour well priced and seems to do what I expect of it

As someone who absolutely loves hitting the gym and shifting the limits during intense weight training. Keeping hydrated should be critical first and foremost. trying Applied Nutrition's fruit burst flavour, and I can honestly say it’s changed the way I view my workouts. My rest times are shorter which keeps my body fat burning state.Now the taste is truly lovely, like drinking fresh summer fruits during spring times .I was honestly taken back how refreshing the flavour is; I've tried a few workout drinks during my workouts, and some struggle due to it being sugar free. However applied nutrition smashed it with this flavour.

BCAAs have their place.. in general for bodybuilding, it's not really needed, everything listed u can essentially get from your food, mostly from proteins but, it's here to use I guess.. I just always advise people to research what is in it, and what they do for your body.Didn't really make too much of a difference or change for me, I noticed nothing to be fair.. easy to mix, with flavours tastes great, cheap price but great value for money.If u want it, go for it!
