1000% NOT universal.
My 2023 challenger has threaded lock nobs and these did not have any threading nor where they even the correct diameter. Also the little rubber O-rings come separated in the bag and you have to put them on and they are loose and will super easily fall off.

These DID NOT fit my car as advertised that they would. I returned them and have never been refunded. I will NEVER buy from this company again

Okay
The product does what it is intended to do. However, I purchased this for my '08 Saturn Sky (Amazon Prime matched this product to my car) and it was completely unusable. So, I installed them on my '75 beetle. The material is pretty nice, and the color is shiny. There was a spot where the purple was silver though. Overall, great for adding a bit of color, but did not fit my car.

Perfect fit for 2014 GMC Sierra 1500
Easy to install. Simply unscrew the existing and screw these on.

These are exactly what they say they are
I knew when I ordered this it wasn't right for my car. I made them work. The only place I could find thr right ones was ebay used and $30 each no way so I made them work.
