Comfortable and Supportive – Great for Long Hours!I've been using the Green Soul Zodiac Lite chair for a month now, and it has significantly improved my work-from-home setup. The ergonomic design, adjustable armrests, and lumbar support provide excellent comfort during long hours. The mesh fabric keeps it breathable, and the synchro tilt adds flexibility. Stylish in white & blue, it’s a great value for the price. Highly recommended!

The chair is sturdy and was not so hard to assemble. But I would say it is not the most comfortable chair in the world. It helps you to stay upright in a good position but it does not help at all when you want to relax a little.The tilt to the back is not easy , you have to put a lot of effort to get the back tilted backwards.And the headrest is kind of annoying as at protrudes to the front of the backrest of the chair, so, you won't be able to fully rest your back to the backrest.And also the most important thing, due to the almost "v" shape you see in the backrest it gets a little hard to actually fully fit yourself on the seat as that v takes up good amount of space on your seat.All of that said, I guess this chair does its job of giving your back a good ergonomic support.

The chair feels sturdy and well-built, inspiring confidence in its durability.Having a Green Soul brand chair at this price point is a good thing, it does come up with the price markup, however I have seen a lot of chairs in the same price segment and same offerings, but I am willing to put my money in a brand that I can trust hence Green Soul it is.

Back support:The chair is very good and ergonomic.Has a adjustable back support design which eases with the back pain.There has been a considerable difference in the back pain from previous chairs to this one.Further it is very cost effective in terms of the money and value it is giving.There is a good head support as well.The mesh is breathable but it warms up a bit.Sitting area is also comfortable.
