Melted down on one end big Sticky mess when opened

As talking with a friend about our favorite childhood candy and this was mine. Looked it up on Amazon and was surprised to find it still being made! So fun to order it and experience it again! Chewy, sweet and breaks when slapped!

It was as good as I remembered. But it definitely did not live up to the "Crack it Snap it". It had melted and was stuck to the wrapping. That was a disappointment, unfortunately. Makes it very difficult to enjoy because you have to try and separate the candy from the paper, which doesn't always work well.

Taffy had been previously melted, and inseparable from the cardboard and plastic wrapper. I tried to open 4 of the individual pieces and couldn't separate the candy from the wrapper. It's not a warm day (72 degrees) so the candy should not be in such unusable condition.I would like a full refund, but this item is not eligible.Beware. 1 star is too many.

These are decent sized bars of Turkish taffy. I have never had it before, I found it absolutely hilarious the they tell you you should smash the Taffy into small pieces before eating it. At least they're being honest about the best way to go about it, it's kind of awkward but it's funny to me. Trying to break it apart is not the easiest thing. You can try putting it in a ziplock but in my instance I may have accidentally put a hole in the ziplock while trying to smash the taffy. Maybe a clean pillowcase and a ziplock is a good method to try? I haven't tried it yet but anyway when you do manage to successfully smash the taffy, it's pretty good. I especially like the strawberry and banana flavors. The chocolate and vanilla weren't to my liking as much but I don't think they were bad. I'd recommend it if you know what you're getting into.

The taste was good

I was excited to receive the Turkish taffy. Tastes great, what we could get to. The taffy is so stuck to the cardboad we lost some of it and ended up with some cardboard in our mouths.

This is not at all like the Turkish taffy I knew as a kid! We use to actually break it in pieces to eat-This would not break!!! The taffy stick so bad to the cardboard that lots was wasted and not enjoyed! Need to use wax or parchment wrsp Not cardboard! Very disappointed! I DO NOT ADVISE YO BUY THIS!
