I have to drink an insane amount of water with electrolytes daily due to medical issues. When I know I can't drink for an hour or two, I take one or two of these and don't pass out.

Great product but be careful of the dosing for Sodium (Na) vs Salt (NaCl). one serving (2 pills) contains 750mg of sodium not 750mg of salt.For 1 pill, according to google - 375 milligrams (mg) of sodium is equal to 0.9375 grams (g) of salt.So 2 pills would be 750mg Sodium from 1,875 mg Salt.

I gave these 4 stars because I got really sick and am apparently really sensitive to salt. My doctor suggested to take for salt imbalance however, this didn't work for me. Amazon was gracious enough to refund due to the reactions I had and wasn't able to take them. It may be just fine for you if you have no sensitivities. I can say it came quick with proper expiration dates and easy to swallow gel caps... I hope this is beneficial for those that need electrolyte balance.
