Love it! ❤️
The pump option on this is genius, absolutely love the convenience of that. I also love that the flavor is beef, which is appealing to pets! Very easy to use, and also comes with dental wipes. ❤️

Wonderful dispenser
I've gone through a lot of tubes of dog dental paste and they often get messy or dry up quickly, some caps even break before I can get through the tube. All of them are a struggle to dispense. I like that this bottle comes with a pump dispenser - it'll stay cleaner and will be easier to reapply the paste without having to manually open the tube again. The finger wipes are pretty strong in this pack and offer a decent scubbing surface that some of my silicone brushes can't quite provide. The paste itself isn't super smelly. My dogs don't LOVE it like they like some of the other beefy/chickeny pastes I've used but they tolerate it. Cleaning power is decent as well, not the strongest I've used but still does the job well.

My dog seems to like it.
She seems to be ok with it. She sits still when I am cleaning her teeth with the product. Easy to use as well.

Could be ok, but my dog didn't like it.
Unfortunately we had to just kind toss this toothpaste because my corgi didn't like the change from his regular brand of whatever chicken flavored concoction my wife normally buys him. So I cant be very authoritative on the cleaning power of this toothpaste, but I can still talk a bit about the product. While this is made in China, the label does seem to contain a clean list of pet safe ingredients. Unfair or not, there is good reason to be certain that anything I'm putting in my dogs mouth is safe for him, even if he turned his nose to it.Out of the box, you get the tooth paste which comes in a little pump bottle that kind of seems unnecessary over a standard tube, and about a dozen cloth finger swabs to brush with. If you don't have a toothbrush, the cloth swabs will work in a pinch but they are not suitable for a proper brushing and can fall apart easily. I've tried a bunch of different options over the years, and the thing that worked best was a toothbrush for toddlers as it let me control the toothbrush rather than worry something might happen and slip the swab off my finger and down my dog's ravenous gullet. I digress. In addition to the swab thing, this toothpaste is not enzymatic. Why could that be important? Enzymatic toothpastes work to break down plaque and bad breath issues just through exposure of the toothpaste. Non-enzymatic toothpastes can still clean your dog's teeth, but they rely on the mechanical motion of the toothbrush (which is another reason why I don't think the finger swab things are useful). It's not a bad thing in of itself, but something to be aware of.Overall, it's fine on the face of it. Bit expensive, but it's a product you could buy and likely have no real issues with.

Darned good stuff
This is an excellent product for your canine’s dental care. I can’t say whether the dogs liked the taste of the toothpaste because we didn’t give them a choice. However, both dogs licked their mouths after, as if they did like it. Smells pretty good—kind of like vanilla more so than beef. The cleaning pads are interesting, different, because they sort of have small teflon bubbles on them. That makes them mildly abrasive, but not as rough to the dog as a toothbrush. It’s easier on their teeth, their gums, and to get deep into their mouth to clean the back teeth. These pads are a great idea. (I wish more had been included.)The first time we used them on the dog with the dirtier teeth, there was brown stuff on the pad after cleaning, so it removed something, plus his gums looked a lot healthier—pinker—after a couple of cleanings with this. The other dog’s teeth bleed when I brush them with a doggie toothbrush, and there was no bleeding with these, and she did let me go all the way to the back teeth. And I think she may have even liked the toothpaste flavor. One of my recent pet (ha ha) peeves, however, are pump bottles. We could not figure out how to pop up the pump so it worked. We turned it counterclockwise many revolutions; we turned it clockwise. We finally had to open the bottle to get to the toothpaste. Plus, I know from shampoo bottles, etc. that the pumps rarely seem to get to the bottom of the contents of the bottle. Perhaps a standard toothpaste tube would be better? In any case, for the dogs’ teeth and gums, this seems to be a very helpful product, and we intend to use it regularly.
