Solid red light therapy lamp!
I noticed some positive differences right away! It only comes with a USB port though.

Red Light Therapy
Removed one star because of how small the ray of light isI got this light for treatment of sun damage on my face which the beam is fine but it limits the parts of the body that you can use this on.

Used once, jury is still out
Anything that claims to get rid of pain I'm going to try. I prefer to stay away from medications and prefer to go the route of natural or alternative.I have a few issues that could benefit from a product like this. While sitting at my desk for work, my neck gets sore. I also have arthritis in my hands that keep getting worse as time goes on.I can take OTC anti-inflammatories such as Aleve and pain relievers such as Tylenol or Ibuprofen but anything else messes with my stomach so I tend to shy away.I decided to try this to see if there were any benefits to it's use.I only used it once and the jury is still out.It was easy to use. I plugged it into a USB port and hooked it to the back of my chair and allowed it to shine on my neck. I only did it for 20 minutes. I can't say for sure whether or not it worked at reducing pain so I'll try it on my hands to see if I can get some relief from arthritis. If there is a change and it does work for me, I'll update my review accordingly.

Not sure that this is working as a therapeutic red light.
This red light therapy is a lot smaller that any of my other red light therapy devices. I am not sure because it is so much smaller that I have not experienced anything remarkable with this lamp. It does turn on and off correctly and there is a timer on this device. The clamp, I thought would be helpful. However, I found myself restricted in places that I can use this because I have table top materials that can be dented and scarred. It is nice that they do provide a little bit of padding to try to circumvent these issues. I still was very uneasy using this clamp on any expensive materials. Also you must plug into an USB port to run this lamp. The head of this is has eighteen total red light emitters. I did not detect any near infrared lights in this device. This is very disappointing. I have used many red light therapy devices over the years and this may be the weakest one I have ever used. I tried to pin point one area on my body to use this on and I really felt nothing. All other red light devices I have used, you definitely can feel heat and something moving or shifting. It is a nice idea but came up short on its usefulness.

Good on my arthritic hands
After several sessions using the red light on my arthritic hands, the pain has gotten better. Hard to understand how/why a simple thing like "red light" can ease pain. So I'm hooked on using it. It's very simple to set-up wherever I am. Just turn the light on, select how long I want to use it (10, 20 or 30 minutes), and it does it's thing. The clip-on base is very convenient and versatile. I can clip on my desk (pic 2) to be used while I'm working, or by crooking the flexible neck (pic 1) just right I can use as a stand on a table while I'm watching TV.The red light never heats up, so it feels safe to use. However, I tried using it on my face 1 time, and I don't feel the goggles protect my eyes completely, so I'm not willing to chance using it on my face. I'll only use it from the neck down.

Easy to use
This lamp is small and easy to use. The clip is convenient and so are the timers. I feel like the red light therapy does make a difference.

RLT in the convenience of your home!
The media could not be loaded. I ordered the red-light therapy lamp because I have heard so much about them recently, I wanted to try it on my achy joints. I'm at the age where I'm using more products that claim to reduce the inevitable signs and symptoms of aging and the price point of this lamp made the decision to try it easy.I was surprised at how small the lamp is. It measures 3" in diameter and houses 18 LED lights. The well-written instructions state that the lamp should be placed 6-12" from the skin to treat a surface area of 4-7" in radius. The suggested usage is 2-7 times per week for 10- 30 minutes. I would advise setting it up in an area where it'll be convenient to use since it does require a commitment.I have been using the light mostly on my hands because I aggravated my arthritis recently with an injury. The light feels soothing on my hand even though I can't tell if the red light and the infrared light are truly therapeutic. The controls on the lamp are easy to operate and the lamp turns off automatically with the timer (10, 20, 30 minute) function. It operates with a 63" USB cord, but you'll need a charging block to plug it into an outlet. The lamp has a one-year warranty.
