Sent a new item!!!! Awesome customer service - they made it right and we are loving our pop tee!
Awesome concept, but my 8 year old destroyed it within 20 minutes when she hit a low ball and the tee popper. Shattered. As much as I want to buy another, not a chance to potentially lose $25 every time a learning child has a low swing. Bummer. Tee’s get hit and are designed to take it, this is not.

not that great
I bought this to help my daughter develop her swing and hitting a moving ball. I though it would toss the ball up in front of her and she can swing away and hit the ball. After trying to use it, the balls only pop up a foot maybe 18". Now my daughter is only 9 yrs old and is not very tall; only 4'8". This barely gets the ball above her knees at the top of the toss. I thought it would toss it up to about chest height. I did have the exact same balls they require you to use. If you would use a softball it only tosses the ball up a few inches. I don't think it is really worth wasting money on. Doesn't do the job. Seems cheap and easy to break as well. We will see how long it holds up.

Great practice tool alone or with a partner
Purchased as a Christmas gift and it did not disappoint! Where was this when I was a kid playing baseball! You can now practice (soft-toss) without the need of a partner. Great value for the money and seems to be holding up well. It’s small and can easily be used anywhere. If I had to critique one thing it would be that I wish it gave you a little more time to get set and ready before piping the ball up. Only an issue if you are practicing solo though. Overall, highly recommend!

Had to return the first one.
Had to return the first one. It broke within 5 minutes. The return process was easy and they were very kind. The second one they sent is still going.

Great tool for independent batting
This is a fun tools to help younger kids be able to go out and practice batting independently. This pooper has a good pop but doesn’t send the ball high enough for a teen or an adult. But kids ages 10 and younger this is a great tool that works great too! By boys ages 5-10 have used it a lot!

Short lived.
It did not last very long before it stopped popping up the balls. We did enjoy using it while it worked.

Garbage
Cheap garbage! It could not pop a wiffle ball more than a foot in the air. My 5 year old hit the tee popper with a foam bat while swinging at the ball and broke it. Didn't last 2 minutes. It would have broken if I dropped it

Cheap and meh
We have had it for a year and it’s… OK. We bought for my daughter to get some BP in her room at anytime just doing hand eye work and it’s so loud she doesn’t want to use it as much as she anticipated. It sounds like a babies wind up toy that pops. Cheaply made. The price should be more like $19.99 but I understand what I bought. Wouldn’t buy again but indifferent about the purchase.
