I live in Arizona in what is deemed a “Dark Sky” area. Everyone tries to keep the outdoor lighting softer and to a minimum. These 40 watt bulbs (of which I have three outside), give adequate lighting and look warm and gorgeous. I actually bought a second pack. No more glaring light. 40W instead of the 60W because I had actually purchased a different bulb from another manufacturer and the 60s were too bright. The 40s are just right. Highly recommend.

Great Product!

These worked fine and were the Christmas Green and Red you would expect. Very bright for my typical two car garage house. The only reason I gave it 4 is because the actual glass is white and not colored like the picture so fake advertisement IMO.

I tried every single one of these bulbs and there is absolutely NO WAY that they are 450 lumens each. They *might* be 250 lumens, tops. They are extremely dim bulbs. I tried them next to other 450 lumen bulbs in 5000K, and the other bulbs are markedly brighter. These bulbs are absolutely worthless for the refrigerator light, freezer light, or even a bedside lamp bulb. The best they could function as is perhaps as a night light. I wish I hadn't bought them. They are awful. Truly awful.

I am pleased with the brightness of these bulbs. They look and fit perfectly. It always seems that LED bulbs have extra plastic or weird shapes that never fit into the old bulb spots. These do.
