Lightweight and totally windproof lighter. You can light a smoke in a hurricane! The led array serves no practical purpose but it's FUN! Long battery life and quick charge make it ideal. Plastic case is tough enough but I wouldn't drive my car over it. Overall great value for the price.

Got this ligher because trying to use a normal one outside on a windy day was horrible! Tgis thing is amazing! Works great in the wind and the lights on the side are cool and it shows the battery percentage. Definitely going to order another one!

Its light weight it has no weight to it. It’s fancy with the lights . I like my lighter to have some weight. It does what it supposed to do.

I have bought three previous plasma lighters through Amazon. Two had a flashlight or COB light. This one is more basic so it can be sold for less.Pros >>> Smooth working lid has no latches or seals and clicks shut like a Zippo, but without the metal ring/spring noise.No water proof gaskets to pay for or make the thing more bulky.There are 7 LEDs - three for illuminating the circuit board and four for the four levels of the charge meter, a feature that most of these lighters do not have but it is important to prevent being stuck with a dead battery.All rounded corners and no tie loops or latches means it slips in your pocket easier with less bulk.Some of these lighters have a really tiny button that comes up when you lift the lid - this button is so small it is easily clogged by the slightest dust or dirt intrusion and the lighter becomes inoperable. This one has no activation switch involved with lifting of the lid.Cons - Open USB charging port on the bottom of the lighter could get fouled with pocket lint. Plastic body can break if dropped on a hard surface or if stepped on. I will add to this when I learn how many lights you get from a charge. So far, 10 lights and my meter still says 100% charge.EDIT 8 MONTHS LATER - Still using it daily at home. The four electrodes collect tar and dirt on them and will gum up so much that it is harder to get a light. Solution - clean with an old fine bristle tooth brush and some alcohol. Hold it upside down while applying the wet brush and fling out/let it dry before using. It will clean up like new when you do this right. Fouling is unavoidable because the cig has to touch the electrodes to be lit effectively. Battery power is a bit less now, and it never gave more than 35 lights when new. Very easy to charge and the meter is very useful. - END EDIT

I’ve been using this lighter for the past 6 months and it’s great! I take it with me everywhere I go. It’s a bit confusing to use at the beginning, but once you get the hang of it it’s pretty easy to use. Even on windy days. Battery life is also great, I usually get about 2 weeks of charge (no seriously). It’s also pretty durable you can drop it from waist height couple times and be fine. I’ve even dropped mine on a hot tube before and it still works (just let it dry in the sun). It’s definitely worth its money.

The second from worst cheap lighter I got. But can't bash to much. It's still a cool lighter that lights up and looks neat and works well, could just be built a little more robustly, but still over all cool and saved me a fortune on gas lighters. Can easily smoke small not deep bowls/pipes to

The media could not be loaded. Everything is as expected, the lighter functions well. Overall construction is not super sturdy, all plastic, but that is to be expected for the price point. Probably wont survive too many falls or drops onto hard surfaces. Lights cigarettes easily, works much better than the electric lighters that have a metal resistive coil(they always get clogged by ash and tar for contact with the burning material).Likely won't last very long but if it makes it a few months I'll be happy.1 month update:The plastic case has become all cloudy(not a big deal to me), but otherwise function has been perfect. I usually smoke about a pack a day and the battery lasts about a day and a half. I'm not sure how much current the LEDs draw but I would do away with them as i imagine the battery would last a bit longer without them and they are functionally useless to me.Happy so far and would buy again.
