Great value for money, made such a difference in my work shoes, I’m on my feet all day and these insoles have given me extra support and comfort

Bought these because I developed metatarsalgia on the ball of my foot between/slightly back from my middle toes, and needed something to relieve the pressure when walking because it was causing nerve pinching, causing my toes to go numb. These insoles are actually not bad, and for general use they are comfortable and well padded around the heel with adequate arch support. However, the part of the insole where I needed the relief most (so across the foot just behind the toes) did have some gel padding but it's not substantial. Nevertheless I have kept the insoles, since they are better than what I have currently.I've given them 4 stars since they have lasted well, are are generally comfortable in most areas of the foot. But they were advertised as giving relief for my condition, and although they help a little I wouldn't necessarily recommend them for this condition because the padding is insufficient to help the condition.

As described but note they are deep so you need to factor that into the shoes you wear

Early days but they feel good underfoot

Needed these insoles to replace some badly worn inserts in my indoor bowling trainers. These new insoles slipped in place very easily and I can feel an immediate and welcome difference between these and the old ones. Only time will tell if they are robust or not, but this is an excellent starting point to judge from.
