I can "aim" this bulb for proper motion detection
I like that the sensor is offset, not centered. The offset allows me to unscrew the bulb a little bit, until the sensor is facing the way I need it for motion detection to be triggered. The bulb is screwed into a light receptacle that is parallel to my garage wall.I had to discard a brand new bulb that I had purchased just a few days before, from a different company, because that bulb's sensor was centered and I had to stand directly under the bulb before it would light. That was not what I needed.This bulb's motion sensor is triggered when I walk near it, instead of just when I walk underneath it. If this bulb could stay on longer, it would be perfect!

Great bulb.
Used as a hall lite. The bulbs are horizontal so I needed something that pointed down. The great thing is that they face in opposite directions so only one bulb turns on at a time. The only negative is they will not work with glass cover on.

Even works through frosted glass
Excellent product, even works through frosted glass, which reduces it’s effective motion sensor range to about 6 feet (perfect for my needs). So far it has been unaffected by heat and cold.

Would be great for the right location
Even with the angled sensor, it does not detect low enough to work in a light that is about 6-7' high .

It works
Has almost double the side range of a bulb with a downward-pointing detector. Note that "warm" color isn't very warm.

Perfect for closets
Works perfectly for my closet. Light turns on every time I open the door.

Didn't work - movement sensor faulty
Didn't work. Sensor didn't recognize any movement hence it never turned on. Returned for a refund.

Works great in my horizontal light socket in the bathroom.
I was hoping this would work in my bathroom - with the high-up horizontal fixture - and it did. It's nice and bright and I'm happy with it.
