Hot pot noodles
Used these noodles during a hot pot session and let them boil in the broth for about 10-15 minutes and it had an interesting texture wherein it wasn't the easiest to eat. That being said I do appreciate how it is fat free and gluten free. May need to cook it longer in the future.

When they say chewy they mean it cause it was like trying to eat a gummy bear.

Very chewy
It's a very chewy noodle, even after you cook it, so be sure to chew well before you swallow. The noodles have no taste so you'll need to add taste to it, like soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, chili oil, or more after you cook it. The noodles absorb the flavors very well so you can enjoy the sauce and the chewiness from the noodles. When you're cooking it I recommend putting it in a pan of water 30 minutes to an hour before to help cook it easier. After it soaks change the water, refill, boil the water, and it'll cook around 5 minutes depending on how chewy you want it.
