I bought this for my first EDC Las Vegas and it was a lifesaver all weekend. Holds a huge amount of water but it doesn’t get too heavy. There’s also enough space in the rest of the compartments to pack other necessities. Looks just like the pictures and the quality is great. I love the hidden compartment where I could hide my wallet and phone. Such a great purchase.

Update: The company contacted me and got me a new bladder and hose. The issue was resolved.I just ordered this for Bonnaroo. I took it out of the package and filled it up and there was a huge hole. I’m so upset. It’s basically worthless now and I never even got to use it.

I’m going to Bonnaroo in a couple weeks and the bag policy was pretty strict. I got this to try to adhere to the clear bag rule, while also having a hydration bladder. It checked all those boxes. Unfortunately the straps are uncomfortable and just fit a bit oddly. I tried adjusting the strap lengths, and adjusting the chest clip but nothing really helped. I ended up returning.

Great for festival/rave parties.

When this item got delivered to me, the water pack came with a little bit of water inside and A LOT of mold. There was also water droplets and mold in the straw.I did immediately order a replacement and that item came dry, unused and mold free. Everything was wrapped in plastic, and even came with a few things that were overlooked in the original package such as the paper that gives you instructions & the insulated sleeve for the straw.Now that I've got a clean water pack I do love this backpack, I'm planning on using it for EDC but the state that the original purchase came in was unacceptable.
