Update 3/19/25: I reordered 2 more packs of these as I will need something things to keep the dogs occupied to give my mom a break from them when she comes to visit. Super pleased once again with these! I’m still sticking them into a stuffable toy to make sure they aren’t swallowed. Still want longer ones please!! I was apprehensive of getting these since they are only 6” and I have a 60lbs golden retriever as well as a smaller dog. The little guy got his as is, and has lasted multiple chew sessions. My golden got hers shoved into a Kong to prevent it from immediately all being eaten. Which worked quite well! They are a bit stinky once chewed, but I set them up out of the way to dry back out and give again later. The rolls are really tight and one piece rolled up not a bunch of little bits rolled. After the first time they got them I was able to reevaluate which had more so the next chew session they switched rolls as the little guy doesn’t chew quite as fast. Even once it got down to close to the ends my golden had un rolled it part way and was eating it that way which worked well to keep her from swallowing it hole. Very pleased- but really wish they had longer sticks rolled like this!

These collagen sticks my dogs absolutely loved. Large enough for my 2 large Goldendoodles. They don’t last long though. May dogs have them chewed in about 20 minutes. My dogs give it 5 stars. I, on the other hand, don’t like the odor. I give the odor 1-2 stars. They STINK! Thankfully they come in a thick plastic bag. May try a different brand next time.

Compared to other collagen rolls, these disappear closer to collachews than to a a redbarn stick. Of these, my pup obliterates a collachew in minutes, where a pure stick or braid usually buys at least an hour. No upset stomach, ate too fast to determine presence of odor

6 inches is the perfect size for my ~60 pound formerly abused rescue. He aggressively resourced guarded high value treats when I first brought him home, but it’s something we’re working on. I had been taking other treats and actually cutting them into smaller pieces with a chop saw to lessen the value and not give him a reason to spend excess time with a monstrous chew. I want him to see these as delicious rewards that will never be in short supply. I like the activity level that he gets from the braided shape. He can successfully chew on this is one average length session and the best part is he hasn’t gotten sick. I give him a variety of treats that vary in size and quality as far as durability, and switching them up has been instrumental in working on his triggers with resource guarding. High quality ingredients and no adverse effects. Will continue to purchase as long as that remains the case.

My dog did well with the extra large rolls but the small rolls he had a terrible reaction; severe vomiting and diarrhea the next morning. Led to a vet visit with a $1K bill to take xrays to check for obstructions and medical monitoring and medication. The vet said they usually don't see dogs have this issue with collagen bones. My dog has had many different kind of collagen bones and has never had a reaction to anything like this. We did the 6" 12 count bones. Do not recommend risking it.

I have a 5 1/2 month old male Doberman puppy and we are in the puppy trenches. Iykyk. These are the only sticks that last him more than 20-30 minutes and it’s amazing! Sometimes we can get a few days out of one stick so that helps with the cost of them. This helps him satisfy his chewing and gives me the break that I need to get things done around the house. We love these! The proof is in the photo! 😀
