Replacement ZR Button Ribbon Flex Cable for NS Switch Joy-con Controller

So happy I found this after spending an hour under a magnifying lens with tweezers and a toothpick trying to "fix" the original that got smeared when I ham-handed the Z button into place during a shell swap. Easy enough to replace; being careful this time. The one negative was when I went to use it and thought for a frustrating moment that it didn't work. It has a way harder resistance than the original. That is not necessarily a bad thing; I'm kinda torn on what I like better, now that I'm used to it. It has a nice solid click. Even considering swapping out the left so they match.

ZR Button Ribbon Flex Cable works perfectly. The one I received is not noisy (clicky) at all and is not stiffer than any of the original buttons on the JoyCons. If I was to hand my Switch to someone and ask them if they can guess which button was replaced, they would have no idea.Great product and a great price.

The media could not be loaded.  This review is for the ZR button ribbon on the Nintendo Switch.The only thing I can give this 1 star for is arriving quickly, well packaged, and works.Unfortunately it's downhill from there. The button is EXTREMELY stiff compared to the original one. The worst part is that the button noise is so LOUD that I don't even want to touch my switch. It's 3 to 4 times louder than the original button, with a metallic ping on both press and release. The video doesn't properly represent the difference in sound well, but after 5 clicks my ears are already ringing from the metallic pings.In the video I press all of the L, R, ZL, and ZR buttons to show you how each one sounds. You can easily identify the ZR button but the clearly louder noise. But again, it's much louder in person.I would recommend finding an original replacement over this even though it's more expensive.

Does the job.

Had to repair a switch remote and this replacement part worked great. It has been installed in the controller for about six months now and still works just fine. I would not hesitate to buy again if needed.

Plug and play as long as you know what you're doing. My first one broke during install, but second one went in with a breeze. Clicks a little louder, and need a little more pressure than the normal Z button on the joycons, but I would almost prefer it as if feels like better feedback

Works. Ribbon exactly as long a ribbon as original. Instal was easy IF you know what you're doing (read: follow online videos) ... but that button is so harsh it CLACKS when my son plays. Ridiculous. Takes a lot more force to press than original.
