Ya really do get what you pay for
I have an LG 17Z90P-K.AA55A8 LAPTOP. This battery was to be a replacement for the original battery, LG part number LBV7227E. This battery would not fully charge but only charge to 85%. More importantly, when it was charged as much as it would take, it would not power the laptop when unplugged from ac power. Windows 11 would give the message "This battery is extremely low. Please plug in ac adapter or PC will shut down.", even with the battery showing 85% when plugged in to the ac. After the Tech guys at my local Best Buy ran diagnostics, they too determined the battery was "probably" bad so I ordered another from a different vendor, "Laptop Battery Express" (not an Amazon seller) and the second replacement battery worked PERFECTLY. The second battery cost about $90 which was about $30 higher than the Amazon vendor but HEY, it worked. so you know, just another lesson for me that people typically DO get what they pay for.Hats off to Laptop Battery Express. Also , hats off to Amazon for making my return of the faulty battery SO easy. Thanks YOU Amazon AND thank you Laptop Battery Express.
