The reviews were decent on similar items so thought I'd give it a go despite the fact this particular listing had no reviews.Was a little worried about the 'burning' some experienced, but if you have severe back issues like I do (broke my spine, still have nerve damage and circulation problems) it doesn't get hot enough to burn, though I did keep checking as the nerve damage can fool me as to what I am feeling in my back. The heat was comfortable. It does ride up a little when you sit (but I can't sit straight due to my injury so that might have something to do with it). The trick is to fit is as close down to your hip bones as possible, then it stays where it should be better. Not tried it while driving yet, hoping it's ok. Sizing exactly as described (and has a large adjustment option) and so far the velcro is holding ok.Now the neck brace, surprisingly useful! I have a chipped bone in my neck from the same accident that broke my spine and sometimes holding up my head gives me headaches. This gives unobtrusive support to the back of my neck, and again, minimal but comfortable heat. I felt a major difference when I took it off again, but when it's on it's really subtle. It fits even my really slim neck (on smallest setting). Of course with it being black if you're self conscious about wearing it you'll need a polo neck on to hide it but personally the pain and pressure relief is more important than aesthetics. I'll be using this a lot- only had it on for 20 minutes and the pressure I always have in my head and the back of my neck is noticeably relieved. The relief lasted longer than I had the item on for.Now some people might not like the 'give' both items have but this really shouldn't be too tight (this could be why some found it burnt, they were pulling it too tight) as it's not an actual 'brace' i.e. rigid (I'm an expert in having to wear one of those!) it's more of a support.Anyone expecting it to counteract all pain in the area is doomed to disappointment. That's not what it's for. But what it does do is take pain down to manageable levels so you're not so tired all the time (which is a common side effect of chronic pain.) I think it'd be good for those with specific area pain CFS/fibromyalgia too, (I have the latter and can really feel a difference); or those that feel internal cold even when their outer body temperature is fine; or those who have long days seated at a desk.Can't beat this for the price, now to see how long it lasts.
