焦げ付きにくいとのことで母が欲しがっていたのでプレゼントしました。 深めで使いやすいとのことでしたが、ハンバーグを焼いてみたらいつもより肉汁が溢れててすごくおいしかったです。 高いのでブラシーボかと思って、いつも使っているフライパンと同時に同じ生地のハンバーグを焼き比べてみました。 いつものフライパンは肉汁が焼いている段階で出てしまって、切っても肉汁は出てきませんでした。 ややパサついててレンジで温めたような感じでした。 このフライパンだと肉汁がほとんど出ずに、切ったら肉汁が溢れてきました。 しっとりで味も全然違って明らかに美味しかったです。 コンロは普通のガスで形状や火力の相性が良かっただけかもしれませんが、同じ生地で比べて違いが明確だったので高いだけはあるなと感じました。 熱効率とかが違うのだと思いますが、電磁調理器では未確認です。 耐久性は不明ですが大事に使えば長く使えると思います。

I love my kitchen with all my tools to cook and over the years I have spent lots of money to get nonstick frying pan and wok even I take care of it well but for awhile I have to get a new one because the nonstick coating was scratch and it’s not good for your health as it warned. So I researched about the new products and got 3 different pots and pan ( look a like) but I disappointed. I make mistakes of HexClad the real ones Made in 🇨🇦 Then I saw the HexClad show on Costco and I touched it and I now how good it is but I don’t want to buy the whole set. Then I search Amazon and found that I can get a single one and order immediately and got it fast and use it everyday and I love it with totally nonstick and not worry about the metal tools to use on it, it’s looking beautiful and very easy to wash it and dry right off. I am going to get a frying pan because I am very happy it’s MADE IN CANADA 🇨🇦
