Interesting for kids
The media could not be loaded. This science kit is full of items. Crystal making kit, volcano kit, digging kit and some small dinosaurs, rocks, trees, dinosour eggs toys. The crystal and volcano kit is actually great fun. My 5 and 8 year old enjoyed the volcano experiment the most as it was the most exciting one. My 5 year old son loves digging so he enjoyed digging out the dinosaur fossils. Dug fossils makes a full dinosaur so it is fun to put it together too.There is a good amount of citric acid, baking powder and red pigment to do the volcano experiment few times. Safety glasses are actually quite good and fit my kids head perfectly.Crystal obviously needs time to form but kids enjoy looking at the result with included magnifying glass.Small toys are.... small and shame there is no book about what dinosours are included with some facts about them.Some things like magnifying glass, measuring cup safety glasses and some other items can be used for other experiments or just to play with them.Overall, every kid will find something interesting in this kit and some adults might enjoy it too.

Brilliant fun
This science experiment kit was used with my nephew who absolutely loves dinosaurs. Lately he has been interested in learning about volcanoes and lava, so I thought this would make an excellent gift. He really enjoyed playing with this. The kit comes with three activities: a volcano lava experiment, crystal growing experiment, and a block for digging and finding fossils. My nephew really enjoyed all of these activities but particularly enjoyed the volcano, which worked perfectly. It came with everything we needed for the experiments, including beakers, syringes, the ingredients and even a pair of safety goggles. You also get some small dinosaurs and trees to play with one you have done the experiment. This would be perfect for a rainy day and so much fun. I cannot recommend this highly enough, especially since it is great value for money compared with similar kits on the market.
