I absolutely love these! I can’t stand the hard type. These are soft and flexible yet i haven’t bitten through them. Easy to make mold , not scalding temps or crazy instructions. You get multiple! What a valuable! I have a travel pair made! Durable enough but you can always make another if it wears out. Trust me these are such a great find!

There are four sets of teeth protectors in this package. Two smaller ones and two bigger ones. Since I have small teeth, I thought I would need the smaller set, but ended up using the larger one. It was very easy to mold them to my teeth and it don’t bother me at all when I sleep in it. These may not be custom made by the dentist like my husband has but these keep me from grinding my teeth and the price was right. My husband paid $600 for his and I wish he would’ve told me before he ordered them because we would have found a cheaper option. My dentist recommended over-the-counter night guards because he said they are sufficient for keeping you from grinding your teeth and the custom made ones are not necessary.

Purchased these for night time teeth grinding. Surprisingly comfortable and easily able to adjust to wearing at night w/o interrupting sleep. Molding process was not difficult though it did take 2 tries. It’s so nice the same guard can be remolded if needed.
