Our basement needs an emergency exit without allowing easy access to owner private areas. A must in a commercial building, but wise in a home too.

This push bar seems well made and sturdy. So far, I've only taken it out to examine it and make sure it's of a good quality. I won't be actually installing it until further along in the project. When I do that, I'll update this review with any additional details that seem important.
