Keeps the bag in place
I would say it works. I got this and the Torrent 2 bag at the same time, so I never used the bag without it. It seems like it’s keeping up with the use of the bag. The bag doesn’t slide around at all during workouts. I would order it again if I didn’t have it

Works great
Set it up on hardwood floor, wife uses it regularly, bag doesn't move at all.

Really pricey for what it is, does an OK job at securing the bag.
Depending on your floor surface, this item may or may not do its intended job. I don't mind a little bag movement because it forces me to pivot around the room when boxing, but it certainly doesn't keep it completely in place.I have this on top of some workout foam mats. I put some double sided tape on both sides in order to minimize movement, but after the bag rocks back and forth it ultimately still slides a little. I'm working out in about an 8x8 space, so I have enough room to pivot and punch from the opposite direction when it shifts. If you're crafty at all, you can probably make something like this for far cheaper, but I'm not crafty and this is the only thing I can find that fits the bag. The price is insane for what it really is (rubber circle, velcro adhesives on top, plastic bumpers that attach to said velcro).

High quality and does the job!
Helps keep the bob torso in place very well. Price is a bit steep but it is a necessity for indoor uses

Don't let the price fool you.
This thing is cheap, a thin rubber mat with some velcro on it, and some cheap plastic pieces that you stick on the velcro. The same effect can be had with four small pieces of wood. I let myself think that because it was pricey it must be good quality. I thought it was a thick rubber mat with rubber bumpers which would have been perfect and is why I was willing to pay the price.Oh, also it doesn't really stabalize the punching bag, it stops it from sliding anywhere but it does not prevent the tipping aspect when hitting it hard.
