Excellent value
This product - Precision orthopaedics is exactly the same as PRO11Wellbeing - the Amazon choice which it beats by 76pence on price. I needed two pairs so thought I would do a quick compare and constrastThese are everything you could ask for in an arch support. Certainly better value than the numerous custom made insoles I have had over the yearsI have learnt the hard way, that it is as important, if not more importan to do foot exercises and stretches than have an insole. The problem with insoles is that once you get used to them and have a decent set it hard to go without them. Exercies I would suggest - at least that I personally find helpful are toe pointing - for as long as you can manage it. Rotation / pronation supination at the ankle as well as keeping the legs as active as possible. It may be that if I had followed this advice all my life I wouldnt still have flat feet ;-)Good value and I find them helpful

Very pleased.
Amazing. I’ve worn tailor made orthotics for ten years but they are worn out now so I decided to give ready made ones a go. After two days my ankles, knees and hips were sore but - this is because the inserts are working. Once I had adjusted to the new support I was comfortable. I am impressed at how good these are “off the rack” and will definitely buy these again when the current pair wear down. The insoles are sturdy and high, really pushing my arches up.

Really pleased with those
Really happy with those. Have had them for over a month and took a bit of time for my feet to get used to them, but I am starting to feel the difference, specially when I forget to wear them. Another good thing about them is that they can easily fit in any shoe without needing to buy shoes of a bigger size to be able to wear them. They are tiny and lightweight, but sturdy.

Re leaf at last.
After furlough I went back to work and I thought I was doing the write thing by buying a new pair of safety shoe trainers from Toolstation, Boy was I wrong! After just six weeks my feet really begin to hurt.It turns out that the new shoes had no strength in the middle and the centre just collapsed and my feet followed. After weeks of pain I saw these inserts and brought my first pair. I put them in to some of my deck shoes and the relief was almost instant. I switched them from shoe to shoe, that is when I found out my trainers were the problem.I brought a second set immediately. The repair will take time, but I am on the mend, Thank you.

Comfortable support
I bought these to fit in my trainers as I have had the plantar issue and knee problems since a young age and they are really comfortable. I wore them for a20km walk and I didn’t even feel them there. I would recommend.

Good
Great option if you don't want to spend ridiculously much on an insole. Only thing is I bought this while still in a relatively early phase of transitioning into using insoles for my overpronation to have an extra set in other shoes than where I have my expensive ones, and I must say the arch is a bit harder than the other insoles I have, making me a bit sore after a very long day of walking. Still, as my walk has improved, I'm not feeling this much anymore, so these are great if you've already used insoles for a long time and just need new ones. If you're just getting started with insoles, you might want to look for something a bit softer.

I like them.
Seem to be ok. I have plantar fasciitis and these insoles certainly seem to help the pain. I now have 3 pairs of these insoles.

Good product, comfortable fit 1/2 insole which tapers into shoe with no 'seam' feeling. This does not restrict original shoe size which sometimes happens with shoe inserts. Bought for plantar problems. Liked and bought 2 more pairs. Super quick delivery.
