Lost a ton of production after being put on birth control. Only had one cup and my production was back up! Saved me from having to supplement with formula. Slight liquorish taste but, really mild and easy to drink.

I used this right away. I want to have more milk supply stored because I have to work and its easier to just give my baby a bottle. I used this the first day and the next day had an increase of supply. I could feel that I was so full and was able to pump right away. I only drank like 2 cups the first time I used it. I absolutely recommend.

I stumbled on this tea several years ago, how I don't remember BUT I am so glad I did. I had been using a Chai Tea that I could no longer find. So took a leap of faith since I don't even like the taste of Anise, but I find the combination of herbs/spices to be very enjoyable.I sometimes have it in the morning rather than coffee. Mostly I drink it in the evening as a reward for my efforts during the day.I find it both relaxing and soothing, and it fits perfectly with a good book, my cat in my lap and dog either on the floor or trying to worm his way into my lap along with the cat. Considering he is a Standard Poodle, it is a comedy routine in itself.Try it I think you will enjoy it as much as I do.

Was worried it would taste bad because the description didn’t sound so good but it was surprisingly delicious.

I only drink one cup a day but I believe it has helped increase my milk production. I also drink 10-12 cups of water so with that too I'm making plenty of milk for my child.

Can’t speak to whether it works to boost milk supply or not, because it was too disgusting to drink. I love tea. I love fennel. I occasionally eat / cook with fenugreek. This tea was so gross I gagged. I’m bummed it doesn’t taste better. Threw it out.
