Fit great for our 5 year old. Easy to form and comfortable for her to wear.

My son is 7 and lost a tooth on each side of his front ones. We'd tried 2 other brands of mouth guard but they wouldn't mold properly to his teeth because of the gaps. We took a chance on this oral mart mouth guard because of the smaller space for front teeth. It was easy to mold and seems to be comfortable. Isn't completely retentive but stays in better than anything else we've tried. We bought this for youth flag football and it's held up through games and practices. Some kids in the league get pretty rough and tackle, especially during practice, but this mouth guard has done it's job. The included case is nice to keep it clean after washing. We'll be reordering when this one needs replaced.

We needed a mouth guard for football tryouts and this was a great price and available to ship ASAP. It was super easy to get it fitted to our son's mouth, we just put it in boiling water for a few seconds and he put it in his mouth and lightly bit down, and voila. We recommend it!

My daughter (6) need this trimmed down a lot. Was too long, made her gag. And the front was too tall, hurt her upper inner lip.

I bought this because my daughter grinds the heck out of her teeth! It’s a worse sound than nails on the chalkboard!!! As long as she doesn’t spit it out in her sleep, it has helped reduce the grinding and reduces the sound of the grinding too. Just wish it was more comfortable for her so she would keep it in all night

They’re way too big. And yah, I read the sellers blurb about all that… the molding was easy and (only after spending an hour cutting and dremeling) the fit was ok.I bought the smallest I could for my 7 year old and still had to cut a 1/2” off the back of each side, then try to dremel it smooth.Maybe instead of just complaining about customers, the manufacturer could have age appropriate sizes made. By this I mean… if every 6-9 year old is cutting 30% of the product off and screwing with trying to file down the rough spots, then maybe it’s time to meet customer demands instead of expecting customers to meet yours.Either way, I’ll not be purchasing one of these again. 3-star product, but 2-stars to the seller based on several of their “rebuttals” to paying customers I have read.

I highly recommend this product. Used for my 5 year old for flag football. Fits his mouth perfectly and it stays secure. Plus that it comes with its own holder.

I don’t often give feedback on Amazon but felt this gum shield deserved a mention.I originally bought one for my five year old to start karate but after a years use, teeth move, fall out etc so felt it was time to replace it. But before I got the chance she left it at the school which promptly binned it and I couldn’t remember the manufacturer of the GS so bought a different one, too big, hard to work with then bought another...Her karate school included an Xs small gym shield which was our last option but it too was terrible.No amount of patience made any difference to the gagging outcome and I just didn’t feel it was safe having needed gum shields for contact sports myself.So I bought another of these searching tirelessly through two years of orders but believe me for little mouths it was absolutely the best thing I’ve done.It moulds nicely with a slightly longer moulding timeframe, it’s easy to cut to length (I got her to buy on a square of kitchen paper I’d folded into quarter to bite on for a rough gauge) then round off the cut edging before redipping for the teeth indentation process.Highly recommend for five to seven probably older but she’s seven with a small bite.Hope this helps parents looking for durable chewable safe and reliable gum shields for their little ones.

We love these mouth guards and this is the second I've bought - for a nine year old child. We've had quite a journey with mouthguards(!), from active discomfort levels, to them almost disintegrating with a bit on on-field nervous chewing... This one is just excellent - really good quality, solid but flexible and very robust. We've had one go at fitting each time and both guards have turned out spot on. Totally recommend!

Bought this for my 10 (almost 11) year old daughter who started playing hockey and needed a gum shield.This one is really good.I like the fact that you can boil it and it will adjust perfectly to her mouth shape and keeps her comfortable and safe while playing.When she tried it on initially she said it was too small but then after boiling and adjusting to her mouth she said it fit perfectly.Even though she’s almost 11, I bought the size for 10 years old and it fits good.It’s not that expense to replace so prefer to have one that fits perfectly and then replacing when she needs a bigger one.Also like to say that the customer service was excellent. The gum came with instructions but they still send me an email thanking me for my purchase, explaining how to boil it and mould it and if I needed any assistance whatsoever for me to contact them.Nice touch that nowadays a lot of companies don’t have.

We've tried every gum guard for hockey. Every one! From the custom made Opro by the dentist to the cheaper mould yourself varieties from all UK and US manufacturers. Its not a lie to say in the 3 years of hockey I've spent nearly £200 chasing an elusive goal.....a guard that actually stays in my childs (small) mouth without falling out the second she opens it, disintegrating after a few chewing sessions or giving her blisters as they are too big. But this.....This is the holy grail of small mouth gum guards for less than a tenner. I've just ordered another. THEY STAY IN, THEY STAY PUT. THEY ARE COMFORTABLE. And immensely easy to mould on the first try (not so every Opro or Shock Doctor).

My son uses this for rugby and has found it ,much better than all the other shields he's previously had.The inner layer of gel is what makes the differenceHappy kid - happy parent
