The instructions were easy to follow and the guide was simple to understand when and how to use it. This was the second treatment kit that my partner and I have bought from Béa. It's really easy to use and felt like second nature once we were on the second kit - The instruction booklet that comes in the box was really simple to follow.The first time round I found that removing the cap was a little messy, but the team said this is totally normal. This time, I removed it over the toilet and it was much better.The support team have been so helpful with our questions both times we've used the kit - between the 2 we reached out to see what we could do better next time and they provided us with some great resources from their website - we found their sperm health guide particularly helpful.
